What this is

An unofficial, fan-made English translation project for New Love Plus+ on the Nintendo 3DS. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Konami in any way.

Why this project exists

More than a decade of work on the Love Plus series, from translated scripts to patching tools to reverse-engineering notes, is scattered across old forum threads, dead links, and half-finished repos, and some of it has already been lost. This project pulls those prior efforts back into one place, integrates them, and carries the translation through to a finished, verifiable patch instead of leaving it to stall again.

The second goal is making it easy to use. One tool takes a dump you make from your own game and produces an installable English build, with no manual asset juggling. It can also output a Luma3DS LayeredFS patch, the same way earlier patches were applied, for anyone who prefers that route.

What we distribute

Only a patch/diff, applied to a game dump you make from your own cartridge. This site and its repository never distribute Konami's ROM or any extracted game asset (script text included) in raw form.

Everything this project publishes, the patcher, the patch, and this site, is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Running custom firmware, dumping your cartridge, and installing patched titles carry inherent risk. You are responsible for backing up your data and for anything that happens to your hardware or saves. The contributors and the operators of this site accept no liability for any damage, data loss, or other harm arising from use of these tools or instructions.

Privacy

This site collects aggregate, anonymous traffic counts via Cloudflare Web Analytics: no cookies, no personal data. GitHub and Discord are separate services with their own privacy policies once you click through to them.
